1. Definitions

In these Terms, the Service means Lebin, its site pages, community features, profile tools, and support processes made available through the app.

By accessing or using Lebin, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them each time you use the Service.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, and community-appropriate purposes. Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with operations, or use the Service to submit harmful, abusive, deceptive, or illegal material.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for the account information you provide, for activity that occurs through your account, and for keeping your access methods secure.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and original service materials, belongs to Lebin or its licensors. You keep ownership of your user content, but you grant the permissions needed for us to host, display, process, moderate, and operate it within the Service.

6. User Content and Community Rules

You remain responsible for the user content, posts, captions, photos, and other materials you submit. You must not post harassment, abuse, fake information, fraud, hateful material, illegal conduct, or other prohibited content. You can report or flag content, block other members, and contact support when you need help. We aim to review objectionable-content and safety reports within 24 hours, and we may block abusive users from appearing in community surfaces, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, eject abusive users, or terminate access when needed to moderate the community.

7. AI-Assisted Features and Output Limitations

Some parts of the Service may rely on AI, model, assistant, or external third-party provider features. AI output and generated results may vary, are not guaranteed accurate, and should be reviewed before you rely on them. You remain responsible for what you submit, how you use assisted output, and for confirming that any shared result is appropriate for your own purposes.

Translation features are provided for convenience only. Translations may vary by language pair, input quality, context, or provider response, so you should verify important information yourself before relying on it.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, content accuracy, and specific results, and we limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including community tools or support processes.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
